Property Management Assistant

PURPOSE OF JOB

Property Management Assistant required to assist team members for an in-house Estate Management Department of a mixed use development.  Working in partnership with the on-site Estate Managers to ensure continually high levels of response and performance.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

3 years + relevant experience.

A background in mixed use management/assistant management would be preferable, residential is necessary

Will have previous experience in some (or all) of the following:

  • Service charge budgets
  • Contractor management
  • Insurance provision/claims
  • Site meetings
  • Prior experience with QUBE & Concept Evolution would be preferable but not necessary
  • Good ‘people skills’
  • Excellent computer skills – must be proficient in Microsoft programs
  • Ideally hold IRPM (Part 1) but not necessary
  • Good multi-tasking ability

Job Description:

Assisting Residential and Commercial Property Directors with admin tasks relating to Development, including but not limited to:

  • Consent forms (pet, sublet)
  • Licenses (alterations, parking)
  • Diary Management
  • Assisting with invoices
  • Email correspondence

Assisting Phase Manager with tasks relating to Development, including but not limited to:

  • Health & safety reporting
  • Risk Assessments
  • Assisting with invoices

Liaising with Development Project Team to ensure that all certification and documentation has been received prior to handover

Liaising between In-House Customer Care team and Phase Management team
