Job location	Battersea Power Station
Hours	37.5 hours. Mon-Fri. 8am to 4:30pm – or as the job requires.

The Role	Be responsible for the co-ordination, planning and management of the day to day running for all recycling, waste, and ancillary services. Ensuring health & safety requirements and customers expectations are fully met. Maintain accurate records of waste generation, disposal, and recycling activities. Assisting with managing a team of 18 waste operatives Conducting training sessions for employees on proper waste disposal and recycling practices. Oversee the maintenance and proper functioning of waste management equipment, such as compactors and balers. Cover the wate operations manager when absent. Managing Prada bookings . Monitoring stock Managing the rota system Working closely with the supervisors to seek out working efficiencies
