We are looking for a commercially driven Wellness & Skincare Sales Advisor who is passionate about sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. While experience in skincare or aesthetics is an advantage, we are primarily looking for someone with outstanding consultative sales skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to build lasting client relationships. Full training on our products, brands, and treatment offerings will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their goals and recommend suitable skincare products, wellness solutions, and treatment plans.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed retail sales targets
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell premium skincare products and clinic treatments.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and personalised recommendations.
  • Educate clients on the benefits, usage, and expected results of recommended products and treatments.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of our premium skincare brands, including Obagi Medical, Medik8, Alastin, Dr. Levy, Heliocare, Epicutis, Jane Iredale, Healthxchange products, supplements, and vitamin ranges.
  • Stay up to date with new product launches, promotions, and industry trends.
  • Work collaboratively with clinicians and therapists, referring clients to appropriate treatments when required.
  • Support in-store events, promotional campaigns, and product launches.
  • Maintain attractive and well-stocked retail displays and manage stock inventory.
  • Deliver a luxury client experience while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Accurately process retail transactions and maintain client records where required.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales-focused role with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in consultative selling, cross-selling, and upselling products or services.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and confidently recommend tailored solutions.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and confident engaging with clients.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable Requirements

  • Experience within luxury retail, beauty, skincare, aesthetics, wellness, healthcare, hospitality, or premium customer service.
  • Previous experience working with premium or luxury brands.
  • Knowledge of skincare products, supplements, or wellness products.
