Salary - £31,000 per annum base pay + estimated service charge of £14,000 – £24,000 per annum

Overview of Role
The Assistant General Manager helps the master of ceremonies, the General Manager, with ensuring a strong culture, Company values, while delivering entertainment unmatched in the market. This position is the ringleader of the management and hourly team members who is comfortable taking responsibility to get things done. This individual embraces our standards, systems, welcomes change within a growing Company, and leads by example every shift. The Assistant General Manager understands the business growth and development of the team with improvement plans and continued training.

Pay

Pay consists of £31,000 house salary + an average of tronc 

Milestones
  • 1 year: Enhanced Maternity & Paternity payment - as part of our family we'll help support yours
  • 1 year: Volunteer Day - an annual day paid for you to give back to our local community
  • 3 years: £200 bonus + holiday increase to 32 days
  • 5 years': £400 bonus + holiday increase to 33 days
  • 10 years': 2- week paid sabbatical
