Job Overview
We're looking for a talented and motivated Junior Sous Chef to join the opening team of an exciting new restaurant next to Battersea Power Station.

Everything is done with a hands-on, from scratch approach, by a team that is passionate about quality and proud of every plate that leaves the pass. Leading service and maintaining exceptional standards across all sections.
Helping with kitchen administration, including ordering, stock control, HACCP records and daily paperwork.
