Role Description The Sales Assistant role at A.P.C. is an on-site position based in Greater London, supporting the store team in delivering a premium, welcoming customer experience. This role involves greeting and assisting customers, understanding their needs, and providing informed product recommendations in line with A.P.C.’s brand values. Day-to-day tasks include managing fitting rooms, maintaining visual merchandising and store cleanliness, handling transactions, and supporting stock replenishment and inventory organization. The Sales Assistant also helps achieve sales targets, contributes to store operations, and collaborates with colleagues to ensure consistent service standards. This is a full-time role.

Availability:

This position requires 39 hours per week availability over 5 days including weekends

Qualifications

• Strong customer-facing abilities, including Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills, with a focus on building rapport and fostering repeat business.
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly present product features and convey the A.P.C. brand identity.
• Sales skills with a track record of meeting or supporting sales goals, and an understanding of retail sales processes.
• Solid Organization Skills to manage multiple priorities, maintain an orderly sales floor, and support stock and inventory tasks.
• Interest in fashion and brand storytelling, with an eye for style and the ability to represent A.P.C.’s aesthetic.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, adapt to a fast-paced retail environment, and follow store procedures reliably.
• Previous experience in retail or luxury fashion is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and grow within the brand is essential.
