Job Description

We are looking for a confident, fashion savvy, enthusiastic supervisor with a real passion to succeed.
You will be ready to coach and support a team of professional sales advisors in luxury retail.
Ensuring that every customer has a truly memorable Diamonds & Thrills experience from start to finish.

You will be responsible for:

• Helping drive a high-performance sales culture · Achieving personal sales targets
• Providing 5-star hospitality and extra-ordinary customer experience
• Merchandising our jewellery in accordance with our guideline
• Ensuring superior store standards · Assisting with day-to-day tasks
• Assisting the management team with training and coaching
• Acting as a brand ambassador for ROX Skills & Experience
• At least two years senior sales experience in a highly customer-focused retail or hospitality environment Experience of working to targets
• Experience in training and coaching staff
• Strong interest in fashion
• A friendly and outgoing personality
• Loads of enthusiasm with a real passion to succeed
• The desire to learn all about diamonds, jewellery and watches

Skills & Experience

• At least two years sales experience in a highly customer-focused retail or hospitality environment.
• Experience of working to targets.
