Main Purpose of the Role: The Colour Specialist’s main responsibility is to drive colour sales instore through training and increase team skill levels and confidence in selling our colour options.
They must aim to deliver: • Our Brand Vision and Mission by living our values and behaviours. • A ‘Customer first’ experience in Colour that is consistent throughout the portfolio. • A fully compliant store, adhering to all company processes and policies
Main Responsibilities:
Education: • Responsible for training the team to company standard, including the colour aspect of New Starter Induction for all new starters • Schedule Colour training around business needs, logging each training session and attendees • Observe and support the team on the spot with customers taking the opportunity to build confidence and knowledge, whilst ensuring a Customer First experience is given • Passionate about maintaining own up to date product knowledge and sharing with the team • Attend regular training and meetings with Colour Trainer to ensure that up-to-date with company standards and processes • Deliver unbiased customer advice through exceptional product knowledge

Operations: • Follows all stock handling policies to ensure stock accuracy and minimise stock loss • Understands and adheres to all Company loss prevention practices
