Property Management - Battersea Power Station, London, United Kingdom - Contracted to Full Time
Primary Purpose To provide professional and proactive administrative support to the property management team.
Key Responsibilities
Register all managed tenancies with utility companies as well as close their accounts at the end of tenancy
Request final bills where necessary from utility companies
Book property visits
Book check outs and issue termination correspondence to tenants
Assist with booking compliance certificates and book appointments with tenants accordingly
Update and attach Check outs, Certificates to Salesforce and One Drive
Produce timely and accurate typed documents including but not limited to: emails, letters, minutes/agendas, presentations, reports and specific documents pertinent to the role.
Deal with internal and external enquiries accurately, promptly and effectively.
Assist the team in communicating with clients and applicants where necessary
Draw up regular reports from Salesforce as appropriate
Assist with general administration support, which is both efficient and effective for the team
Skills & Qualifications
Experience of working as a Team Assistant in the Property Management Sector beneficial
Experience of managing confidential communication/diary management
Highly organised, flexible, and able to effectively manage your workload
A proactive and positive approach to work
Personable with a detail-oriented approach
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to multitask
Ability to use Microsoft Office packages especially Excel – essential
